I had the BEST experience with In And Out Contractors!!!!!!! They were fast, efficient, professional, and considerate! I could not have asked for a better contracting experience. In today’s economy. The pricing was great! If you want a good experience that is cost effective, call Mike!!!!!!!My front deck looks amazing!!!! My mom is elderly and I am a female that was very intimidated when trying to select a contractor to work on my house!!!!! Mike and his team were a blessing!!!! I trust him totally. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable!!!!!! Mike, Michelle, and the team will forever be appreciated by us!!!!!! Call them!!! You won’t regret it!!!!!!!

Mike explained everything in detail, and he and his team were very professional throughout the project. I really appreciate that they are a family-owned business — it shows in the pride they take in their work. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was up to par structurally as well as cosmetically, and I truly value Mike’s honest assessments and recommendations, even beyond the original scope of work. Mike, Michelle and the crew were amazing! There were some bad issues under the surface at my house that only came to light when they showed up for what was supposed to be a relatively small job. Mike immediately went to work not only getting my repairs done, but fixing the host of other problems found along the way. He and his crew were here morning to night ever day to get the job done. Michelle was a calming reassuring presence, which was exactly what I needed as the issues came to light. Ins & Outs made what could have been a total nightmare as painless as possible, and I'll be recommending them and turning to them in the future.

Mike and Michelle are extremely professional, reliable, reasonable, kind, and do extremely excellent work! We had a lot of work that needed done and they had to follow behind extremely bad work by a previous contractor. They remodeled our bathroom down to the studs! Fixed another bathroom and installed a partition. Fixed and remodeled kitchen! Did plumbing, electrical, drywall, ceilings, painting, outside work, installed doors, flooring, fixed issues that others said they could not fix without replacing completely! Mike can pretty much fix anything and he thinks outside the box to get issues resolved! Mike and his crew work long hours, are honest, hard working, polite, respectful, and clean up after themselves every day! I really cannot say enough and you will be pleased with their work and how wonderful they are to work with!! Don't hesitate to try them out!! I already have them coming back!! lol!

Wonderful people to work with !! Our project wasn't home improvement but save the house from falling down !! BIG emergency that we really didn't realize how bad until Mike began explaining everything. He put off other projects just to take care of our emergency. Very knowledgable, professional, and always clean up any mess that they've made. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work they did. You seriously don't want to call anyone else folks !!!!

All the work we’ve had done was professional quality. These are good people to have working in our home. No cussing, no cigarette butts left outside, clean up after themselves.

What they did for my old house is amazing. They breathed new life into it. They were with me the whole way through. From making sure I loved the design decisions to listening to every little question and concern I had. The work that was done was top notch even with my extreme roof angle they put the new metal roof on with no issues. Big time company job quality with all the small family business feel you could ask for and expect. 10/10. 5 stars, would recommend every single time.

Mike and Michelle are both wonderful people. Mike went above and beyond to repair my floor and fix a water leak. He even took the time to fix what previous companies overlooked. Their prices are reasonable and I look forward to working with them on future projects.

Mike was there when he said he would be, finished the job in a timely manner and did an outstanding job! No shortcuts or cutting corners. He replaced our wood siding and did it RIGHT! Highly recommend!
